The Brief

Searchability has successfully won a huge programme of work from Northrop Grumman having over 20 roles, we recruit heavily for all variations of roles. They are an aggressively growing company who require a high level of clearance as they look after cyber advancements alongside specialised equipment in the air, land, sea and space!

The Delivery

We launched a bespoke recruitment journey specifically for Northrop Grumman, utilising our full professional network. Searchability have participated in events in this niche circle, including a talk from Will Roebuck our specialist in the field, meet-ups and targeted social media platforms to require these hard to find tailored candidates.
Infinity works

The Story

Started in 2014, Infinity Works is a Leeds based consultancy that deals with a wide range of sectors including healthcare, retail, pharma, banking and betting and gambling companies. After great success have grown to London, Manchester and Edinburgh and aren’t looking to stop there! With over 250 employee’s infinity works want what’s “best for clients, and best for colleagues”.

The Brief

Searchability have worked closely with the Dev Ops roles at Infinity Works finding someone who can work on-site and alongside different clients to create the perfect solution. Infinity Works needs individuals who work efficiently in a time restricted environment to meet their client’s needs.

The Delivery

With both Infinity Works and Searchability having a quick turnaround, the candidate send-over to placement has happened in a record breaking 3 days. Proving that the quality of candidates is exceptionable from Searchability and have now partnered on numerous other vacancies.
Bet365

The Story

Bet365 have been awarded the worlds largest online sports betting company and largest private sector employer in Stoke-on-Trent. Creating a group revenue of £2.16 billon per annum, it’s clearly no surprise! Employing over 2,000 staff members nationwide these people power Bet354 for over 14 million users to involved over 200 countries.

The Brief

We have placed a multitude of different roles across the technical staff, from a range of different tech stack’s in Software Developers in .Net to iOS to enable Bet3565 to grow in productivity in line with the ever-growing online customer base. We have also implemented Infrastructure Engineers into the business to support integral aspects of the business delivery.

Our experience in recruiting for Bet365 is through the passive market, as this way we target individuals who are relevant to the technical requirements as well as a culturally fit. We have been working with them for over 2 years, covering positions in a variety of fields including Software Developers, Automation Engineers, Testers and Support we really have created an impact with our recruitment facilities. Now we need to find the next best technical staff to help accommodate their over 859 million reviews and opinions of 8.6 million accommodations, restaurants, experiences, airlines and cruises.

The Story

Dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers. Established in 1959, the company ensures the aviation industry operates smoothly and efficiently in 127 airports. 
Offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services in 35 countries across six continents, Dnata is a trusted partner for over 300 airline customers around the world. 
Recently in 2019, Dnata moved offices and with this office there was an expansion of the UX team, with which they reached out to Searchability for our help.

The Brief

Sykes Cottages

The Story

Representing over 17,000 cottages across the UK, Ireland and New Zealand Sykes Cottages are now the largest independent holiday cottage rental agency.
Founded in 1991, Sykes now has a total of over 500 employees and has won many awards including The British Travel Award for ‘Best Large UK Holiday Cottage Company’.
Following a recent expansion in Chester, Sykes Cottages has doubled its space to 35,800 sq ft. As well as creating more working space, one level is a dedicated wellbeing and leisure zone featuring a gym and games area.

The Brief

Following a round of funding, they were able to expand the digital marketing team. The team is heavily focused on digital acquisition and are split into smaller departments that focus on PPC, Paid Social, SEO and UX. Sykes approached Searchability for assistance as they were experiencing rapid growth and it is very hard to find the specialised skill set required in the Chester area. Searchability helped with the following positions:

The Delivery

Since 2017, Searchability has worked closely with the recruitment team at Sykes Cottages placing permanent staff with specialist marketing skills. The recruitment strategy was to focus on sourcing candidates from agencies who are looking for an Inhouse position with the skill set required. Over the previous 6 months, we have worked to place 1 candidate a month within the team.
MMT

The Story

One of the UK’s most recommended digital partners, MMT Digital are a digital agency who specialise in creating bespoke solutions for some of the UK’s most well-known companies. 
Acquired by Be Heard in 2016, MMT Digital now has a 170-strong UK team of experts – onsite, offsite or a combination of the two - building open and honest relationships that bring success and increased customer value.

The Brief

As MMT onboard additional clients and projects, they needed the talent to work on such projects. MMT came to the Searchability team to help them find the most talented contractors on the market. Firstly placing a number of React Developers back in 2017, Searchability have since helped with the following positions:
